Jile Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the authority operating the Jile platform and any member or user of Jile. By accessing Jile through its website, mobile application, or any other digital medium, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Jile's services are intended for personal entertainment only. Using Jile for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Jile reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Jile, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts that fail age verification will be terminated.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Jile will send a verification email or SMS. Certain features may be limited until verification is complete.

As a responsible platform, Jile follows Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. KYC verification is required in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal.
• For transactions above a specified amount.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• When claiming a promotional reward.

The following documents may be required for KYC verification: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification); and proof of payment method.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to deposits on Jile:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The maximum deposit amount is ৳5,00,000 per transaction.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Jile does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal from Jile:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Full KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

Jile reserves the right to review suspicious withdrawal requests, and additional documentation may be required in such cases. Jile does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Jile:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Jile authorizes an exception under special circumstances.
• Pre-match bets may be voided after an event has started.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jile reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of unethical conduct is strictly prohibited.
• Jile's maximum bet limit may vary per event.

Official sports body data takes precedence in determining betting outcomes. In any disputed situation, Jile's decision is final.

To enjoy Jile's bonuses and promotional offers, the following terms must be followed:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, which are stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited.
• Jile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jile platform:

• Account hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Betting using bots, automated scripts, or artificial means.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to steal account credentials or defraud other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Participating in any form of match fixing or result manipulation.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Jile takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe entertainment should be enjoyed in a controlled way. Jile offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for yourself.
• Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• Permanent Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account if needed.

Jile may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

• At the member's own request.

Before closing an account, Jile will give the member an opportunity to explain their position. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

2. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases will be resolved by the investigation team within 5–7 business days.
4. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to Jile's arbitration department.

Jile may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:
